• Give health and safety considerations equal status with our primary business objectives,

• Systematically develop and implement procedures and processes within our business which ensure we integrate safety into all aspects of our work,

• Encourage all clients, contractors and employees to continuously improve safety performance and be accountable for ensuring our workplace is as healthy and safe as it can possibly be,

• Provide our staff with the appropriate training and resources to enable them to work safely and effectively,

• As a minimum ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation, standards, codes of practice and safe operating procedures at all times,

• Comply with the safety requirements of our clients at all times,

• Require our contractors and sub-contractors we engage to adhere to BTW's Health & Safety Policy and procedures,

• Ensure all employees understand their responsibilities for health and safety in the workplace and are familiar with this Health and Safety policy and company procedures.

• Manage health and rehabilitation appropriately for all staff.

• Review and evaluate incidents and accidents to ensure ongoing and continual improvement of BTW’s Health and Safety performance.

This policy shall be reviewed as required, at intervals of no less than 2 years.
